Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Original invoice or order ID is required
Product must be in resellable condition
❌ Returns are NOT accepted if:
The product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Packaging or tags are missing
The item falls under non-returnable categories (see section 5)
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a:
Damaged item
Defective product
Wrong product / wrong size
You must report it within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photo or video proof
Order ID
After verification, we will offer: ✔ Replacement (if available)
✔ OR Full refund
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
Refund method:
Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
Bank transfer (if applicable)
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
💡 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent to customer’s mobile banking number.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
Wrong size
Defective product
Wrong item sent
Exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days, depending on stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale / discounted products
Clearance items
Used or opened products
Personal care / hygiene products (if opened)
Customized or special-order items
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
For COD orders (common in Daraz-style stores):
Customers must accept delivery after checking condition (if courier allows)
Fake orders or refusal at delivery may lead to account restriction
High Return-to-Origin (RTO) customers may be blacklisted from future COD orders
7. Return Shipping Cost
If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item) → we cover return shipping
If return is due to customer preference → customer bears return shipping cost
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
For COD orders, repeated cancellations may block future orders
